Commercial lease agreements are long, heavily negotiated, and consequential for clients on both sides of the table. This practical, one-hour session walks through the do’s and don’ts that recur in commercial leasing — the kind of issues that protect clients when handled early and create costly disputes when missed.

He serves on ADR panels across California as a mediator, arbitrator, Judge Pro Tem, and Referee with Signature Resolution, is a past chapter president and national representative of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named a “Super Lawyer” in multiple years.
