Commercial lease MCLE in Visalia hosted by the Tulare County Bar Association Commercial lease MCLE is the focus of the Tulare County Bar Association’s June continuing legal education program, “Commercial Leases – Do’s and Don’ts.” Attorneys and paralegals advising landlords, tenants, and businesses across Visalia and Tulare County can earn California MCLE credit while sharpening their commercial leasing practice — in person over lunch or live via Zoom.

This practical, one-hour session walks through the do’s and don’ts that recur in commercial leasing — the kind of issues that protect clients when handled early and create costly disputes when missed.

He serves on ADR panels across California as a mediator, arbitrator, Judge Pro Tem, and Referee with Signature Resolution, is a past chapter president and national representative of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named a “Super Lawyer” in multiple years.
