MCLE Compliance Requirement

Attorneys licensed in California are required to complete Minimum Continuing Legal Education as part of their ongoing compliance with State Bar requirements. This includes completion of specialty credits, such as civility, within applicable compliance periods. This program offers a timely opportunity for attorneys to complete the required civility MCLE credit through a structured presentation addressing professionalism and conduct within the legal profession.

This activity has been approved for one (1) hour of Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit in Civility by the State Bar of California.

Completion of this program satisfies the California State Bar’s civility MCLE requirement, which attorneys must complete as part of their ongoing compliance obligations.

The program is presented by the Tulare County Bar Association (TCBA). TCBA is certified by the State Bar of California as a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Provider (Provider #1087) and certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations governing MCLE.

Why This Program Matters

The California State Bar now requires attorneys to complete civility training as part of their MCLE compliance.
