The Officers and Directors of the Tulare County Bar Association are pleased to announce the Tulare County Bar Association has re-launched its web site. The new site features a new easy to remember domain name, faster and easier membership services, on-site ticket sales for events, and several other new features that add value to being a member.

New Domain: TCBar.org
Our new domain name (TCBar.org) is easy to type and easy to remember. Our new web site uses this domain (TCBar.org), and all member communications are now handled on our new domain’s email platform rather than Gmail. This is much more professional and helps our members know they are communicating with TCBA and not an imposter using a Gmail address. Going forward, communications with our Administrative Assistant Sandra Carlos will come through our primary email address: info@TCBar.org. Any new requests sent to our old web site or email address will automatically re-route to the new domain and email address for the next year.
Member Self-Service and Event Ticketing
The heart of TCBA’s updated system is a member management system that’s designed to work with organizations like ours. Our member management system is a modern “plug-in” module that works in conjunction with our updated web site to provide these services:
- Member Management (now available on our web site)
Our new system allows members to join, pay for membership, and renew right on our web site. Members will automatically receive notices when their membership is about to expire. Optionally, the system allows members to keep a credit card on file so membership can be automatically renewed every year.
- Event Ticketing (now available on our web site)
Members can now purchase their MCLE and other event tickets right on the web site. Members who sign in before ordering their event tickets will receive the member discount. This on-line system makes check-in at events much simpler and allows us to communicate quickly with participants before and after events.
- NEW! Rolling Renewal Period
Previously, all members renewed during October. Now, members can join any time, and their renewal will be 12 months later.
- NEW! Public Directory Listing
This is a new feature that brings added value to our members. The directory listing is a new page on our web site that allows the public to use keywords to search for attorneys in the local area. The directory listing will provide as much information as the member wishes to make public. Members can opt out of the directory listing if they wish. This new benefit is free and available exclusively to members.
- NEW! Email List for Announcements and Events
Our new system allows members and non-members to sign up for our updated mailing list. The new system uses a modern administrative interface that allows TCBA to better manage who is on the list and who receives what announcements. Users can also easily unsubscribe from our mailings with a link provided in every email.

Membership Pricing Unchanged
More good news! Because of cost savings and new efficiencies with our new system, the price of membership is not increasing. However, we can only realize the cost and efficiency targets if members use the new system to manage their membership and events. Members are urged to embrace the system and use it whenever possible to manage their membership and event ticketing needs.
